By using WarrantyCave, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the application or website.

Purpose of the service

WarrantyCave helps you organize warranty information, receipts, documents and reminders. It does not issue, extend or replace a manufacturer, retailer or service-provider warranty.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for entering accurate information, keeping original documents when required, protecting access to your account and verifying claim requirements and deadlines directly with the warranty provider.

Accounts and acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful content or use WarrantyCave in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Plans and purchases

Features and limits depend on the selected plan. Paid Android subscriptions and purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to the price, renewal, cancellation and refund terms shown during purchase and in your Google Play account.

Availability and changes

We may improve, change or discontinue features, and temporary interruptions may occur. We aim to preserve your access and provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Disclaimer

WarrantyCave is provided on an “as available” basis. Reminders and stored records are organizational aids only. You remain responsible for monitoring warranty dates and maintaining any documents required for a claim.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, WarrantyCave is not liable for an unsuccessful warranty claim, missed deadline, loss caused by inaccurate user-entered information, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Account termination

You may stop using WarrantyCave and delete your account through the app settings. We may restrict access when these terms are materially violated or when required to protect users, the service or applicable legal obligations.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after updated terms are published means you accept the revised terms.
